Before leaving your home country

Visit Indian Embassy in your country and collect your Visa.  

  • Please check the latest guidelines from the embassy and concerned airlines before travel.

Documents to be kept: -

  • All medical reports (as asked by the doctor)
  • Passport and Visa
  • Visa invitation letter from the hospital
  • Proforma/invoice
  • 10 passport size photographs

Weather conditions: -
In Delhi, NCR one can enjoy all four seasons of weather during the year if one is adequately prepared.

  • November to January- Cold (Keep at least one jacket and a warmer)
  • February to April- Pleasant (one layer of clothing would be enough to serve the purpose)
  • May to July- Summer (carry summer outfits)
  • August to October– Pleasant (these durations vary from hot to normal cold, additional preparations are suggested if rains follow)

After landing at Delhi Airport: -

  • You will be received by our partners at the aerobridge after landing at the airport. Our partners will accompany you and make you meet the waiting hospital personnel at the exit gate.
  • One of our staff members will be at the exit gates to greet you and escort you to the hospital premises/ hotel. Our management will connect with you and inform you in this regard one day prior to your visit.
  • Abide the local laws and follow COVID-appropriate behavior.
